Twisted Pink receives substantial support from the United Breast Cancer Foundation
The United Breast Cancer Foundation (UBCF) and Twisted Pink began our first collaboration in 2019 with UBCF’s first mattress giveaway to patients and survivors in Louisville, KY. Since that first event in 2019 our partnership and collaborations have grown to fill much needed service gaps for individuals affected by a breast cancer diagnosis. While Twisted Pink focuses on funding research, UBCF has become a major contributor to matching research funding, special patient travel grants, providing product support for our Box of Hope Program and sponsoring patients attendance at Twisted Pink’s Annual Gala, which is our largest fundraiser of the year.
We now collaborate to mail Boxes of Hope to patients across the country through our Box of Hope Program and have mailed over 4,000 boxes since October 2021. Twisted Pink and United Breast Cancer Foundation anticipate on mailing over 6,000 boxes to individuals in 2023 alone.
We can’t thank UBCF enough for their generosity to patients and survivors in need and look forward to a long successful partnership that benefits both research and patient’s financial needs.
